You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item. This period includes the legal 14-day right of withdrawal.

Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition, with all its accessories (heating module, cable, power bank where applicable).
• To start a return, email us at hello@cocoonwrap.store with your order number. We will send you the return address.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

Refund

The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days at most after we receive the return.

Defective or damaged product

Send us a photo at hello@cocoonwrap.store within 30 days of receipt: we will send you a new item or refund you, free of charge. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
