- We send you the return address.
- Send the shawl back in its original condition, with its accessories. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.
The refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Send us a photo within 30 days: we will send you a new shawl or refund you, free of charge. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
