How does the shawl work?

Plug the USB cable into a computer, a USB wall charger or a power bank. The module warms up within minutes.

Can I use it without a plug?

Yes, with the “power bank” version or any USB power bank.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Unplug and remove the heating module before washing, by hand or on a delicate cycle at 30 °C maximum. Dry flat.

What size is it?

150 × 80 cm: it generously covers the shoulders and back.

How long does delivery take?

Prepared within 1–3 days, then delivered in 8–18 business days with tracking. For Christmas, order before December 5.

What if I don't like it?

You have 30 days after receipt to return it and get a refund. See Returns & refunds.

Safety precautions

Do not use while sleeping, or on an infant, a person unable to react to heat, or an animal. Do not fold the heating module while it is on.
